I purchased the wrong item, what is the exchange policy?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

My package is missing or lost, what should I do?
We recommend contacting the shipping provider (UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL) with your tracking number in the event that your order is lost or missing to start a claim or inquiry.
I purchased a gift card; how do I give it to the recipient?
A unique gift card code is sent as an email to the purchaser once the gift card is purchased, which can be redeemed at checkout by either the purchaser or the recipient.
Gift Cards do not expire.
